Summary: Absolutely beautiful place. We will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone for a peaceful, romantic getaway!! Or a family vacation spot!

Summary: The setting and furnishings were appealing and morning coffee was refreshing. The bed was very comfortable. The Presidential Suite is large but the TV and ceiling fan did not work. Could get only cold water in the shower stall. Hot water was available in the tub shower. The pool was empty and needing work. There was no room service. Pricey for the obvious issues and lack of service.

Summary: This property was amazing! The mansion was so beautiful and the owners were the most hospitable people we have ever encountered! The grounds were so beautiful and peaceful. The history of mansion was amazing, each room had information and the decor was beautiful!

Summary: My husband and I stayed just one night. The property obviously has so much history and character. The grounds are so beautiful. I can see it being an incredible place for weddings. The property is very clean and we had everything we needed. We slept very well. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool and tennis court like we wanted. September weather can be tricky for the pool with the leaves falling all the time. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much.

Summary: From the moment we drove in we could tell this place was above whatvwe expected. When we drovw up we were greeted by my first name. We checked in and were given a quick briefing of the home. From the history witch boasts a timeline of all of its owners along with the pivotal position it played in world history. To its elaborate man cave in the basement to its amazing garden outaide it was allot to take in. We stayed for 3 days and by the end of it it felt like it was your home you were staying in. And the owners were your servants lol. One needs to remember and appreciate the fact the owners are in fact sharing their home with you and trying to bring us back to a simpler time sharing this piece if history with the rest of the world.the home is meticulously maintained in era correct decor as much as possible and clean. If your looking to relive this era definitely check out the Blaylock. We will for sure be back aa there was still so much we missed in the garden.

Summary: Staff went out of the way to help, when I mistakenly thought I had lost some earrings after leaving the hotel. The actual hotel is full of interesting history of the area. I will definitely be back
